FX DRS MK2 Compact Synthetic PCP Air Rifle
The FX DRS MK2 Compact Synthetic is a lightweight and highly capable PCP air rifle combining FX Airguns technology with a traditional sporter-style design.
Featuring a tough ambidextrous synthetic stock, compact 380mm barrel and FX’s innovative Air Pressure Barrel system, the DRS MK2 Compact offers excellent handling and consistency in a streamlined package. At approximately 840mm long and 2.2kg unscoped, it’s an excellent choice for shooters looking for a light and manoeuvrable FX rifle.
FX DRS MK2 Improvements
The second-generation DRS introduces several refinements while retaining the sleek design of the original.
The updated Air Pressure Barrel (APB) system integrates the air cylinder around the barrel, creating a slim profile while increasing barrel rigidity. The MK2 also allows easier barrel liner changes without having to completely degas the rifle.
An improved airflow system and AMP MKII regulator help deliver consistent and efficient performance.
Compact 380mm Barrel
The Compact model uses a 380mm Superior STX barrel, keeping the rifle short and easy to handle.
The barrel system provides the accuracy FX rifles are known for, while a ½” UNF thread allows a compatible airgun moderator to be fitted.
Synthetic Sporter Stock
The durable synthetic stock provides a practical, weather-resistant alternative to traditional wood.
Its ambidextrous design, defined cheekpiece and comfortable pistol grip make the DRS MK2 suitable for a wide variety of shooting positions.
A soft rubber butt pad provides additional comfort and helps keep the rifle securely positioned against the shoulder.
Sidelever & Magazine System
A smooth sidelever action provides quick and reliable cycling, while the low-profile magazine keeps the overall profile of the rifle clean and uncluttered.
The DRS MK2 also features a fully adjustable trigger, allowing the setup to be tailored to the individual shooter.
30 MOA Picatinny Rail
Unlike the original DRS, the FX DRS MK2 comes with a 30 MOA Picatinny scope rail as standard.
This provides plenty of mounting space and makes it easy to fit a wide range of modern scopes and thermal or digital optics.
