Our HW100 air cylinder repair service is designed to fix leaking original Weihrauch HW100 air cylinders and restore them to reliable working condition. This service applies only to genuine Weihrauch cylinders.
During the repair process, our technicians carefully remove the cylinder ends, inspect the internal components and replace the necessary seals. As a result, the cylinder can hold pressure correctly and function safely again.
This service is ideal for owners of the Weihrauch HW100 who have noticed pressure loss or suspected leaks from their air cylinder.
Professional Leak Repair
First, we carefully disassemble the cylinder to access the internal sealing components. Next, we replace the faulty seals and reassemble the cylinder before conducting a thorough leak test.
After servicing, we perform an extended leak test for up to 48 hours to ensure the cylinder maintains stable pressure. Consequently, this process confirms that the repair has been completed successfully.
Typical turnaround time is around 5 days from the date we receive your cylinder.

Please note the following before sending your cylinder for repair:

This service applies only to genuine Weihrauch HW100 cylinders.

When removing the cylinder ends, the green diamond sticker may be damaged or removed during the process.

Some cylinder ends can be difficult to remove. Although every effort is made to avoid surface marks, minor scratches may occasionally occur during disassembly.

By using this service, customers acknowledge that this small risk exists.
To date, no damage has occurred during servicing; however, this notice is provided for transparency.
Additional Repairs
This service does not include damaged gauges. Replacement Gauge cost is £84.00
If the cylinder has a bent valve pin, an additional repair may be required. In these cases, a £30 charge will apply because this issue is not part of the standard leak repair service.
If this problem is discovered during inspection, we will contact you before carrying out any additional work.
