Repairs & Service
Wirral Guns and Outdoors offer an onsite repair service for Air Rifles and pistols.
We are an authourised service and repair centre for Weihrauch, Air Arms, FX, Daystate, Brocock & Umarex along with most other brands including BSA, Air Arms, Webley etc.
To arrange your repair or service simply contact us on 0151 355 6666, sales@wirraloutdoors.co.uk or call into the shop with your air rifle or pistol.
Repairs usually take 4 -14 working days to allow for delivery of parts to arrive, if not kept in stock and allow for testing. On occasions this timeframe may be longer due to parts availability we will keep you updated if this is the case.

Pricing
We can only provide estimates of the potential costs. The cost depends on the part(s) required.
Once we have diagnosed the problem we will contact you to agree the work to be done and cost.
If you decide not to go ahead a handling fee of £25 plus return shipping costs will be charged prior to the return of your gun.
If you would prefer the service or repair to be carried out by the manufactuer i.e Daystate, Brocock, Weihrauch, BSA, FX, Umarex etc we can arrange this.
You must be over 18 years of age to collect your air weapon or accompanied by an adult. Identification will be required.
We will require your address details and a contact phone number.
If your air rifle is a PCP / pre-charge. We will require the magazine and possibily the fill adaptor.
If you are sending your air rifle/pistol to us. Please book the item in first.
Make sure your air rifle / pistol is well packed to protect in transit.
Provide your contact details and briefly state the problem.
An initial deposit may be required in some circumstances before any work is carried out first.
Please remove all unnecessary accessories ie, scopes, mounts, silencer/moderators.
Once your item is ready for collection we will contact you.
We maintain the right to refuse any repair.
NB: Once your repair is complete we will contact you for collection. Any repair not collected within 3 months of the contact date will be sold to recoup costs.
